Our thermocouple temperature probe utilizes the thermoelectric effect for precise temperature measurement. The system consists of two different metal wires joined at one end, generating voltage corresponding to temperature differences.
Each cable coil is protected with heat shrink tubing and plastic film to maintain insulation integrity. All shipments include marking notes, pass cards, and test reports.
Thermocouples offer wide temperature range capability, rapid response times, rugged construction, cost-effectiveness, and reliability in extreme conditions.
Potential limitations include non-linear output requiring calibration, slightly lower accuracy compared to some alternatives, need for reference junction compensation, and sensitivity to electromagnetic interference.
